We are here to help parents raise happy and healthy children
We all need support during the most vital chapter of our children's lives: the early years.
The earliest years shape a child’s future like the tender growth of a sapling; with steady care, gentle guidance, and rich nourishment, strong roots form and a lifetime of thriving begins.
Founder & head of daycare
Hi, I’m Ms. Emily! Thanks for stopping by and considering me for your childcare needs. I’m a graduate from the University of Kansas School of Education and a mother of 5 wonderful children. I have over 10 years of combined experience as a junior high/high school teacher and state-licensed early child care provider. My favorite activities during the day are to practice language skills with children as well as arts and crafts. In my spare time, I like to hike with my family and read mystery books!
The early years aren’t just the beginning—they’re the foundation. And every child deserves a strong one, built with love, care, and community.

Active
I keep learning hands-on and hearts engaged with real play, books, conversation, and plenty of fresh air and outdoor fun—no TV or screens needed!
Trustworthy
Trust between the family and myself is the foundation that lets parents leave with peace of mind and children thrive in a secure, loving environment.
Respectful
Empathy allows me to understand and respond to each child’s feelings, helping them feel safe, valued, and supported through every moment.
Collaborative
I guide children to share, take turns, and play together, helping them build friendships and learn kindness through everyday interactions.
Vision
Mission
Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton, a widowed mother of five, converted to Catholicism and founded the Sisters of Charity in 1809. She opened America’s first Catholic girls’ school in Emmitsburg, Maryland, providing free education to poor children. Her lifelong work in teaching and caring for kids made her the patron saint of Catholic schools. As the patroness of our business, we look at her examples of love through education, and do our best to practice the same. You can read more about St. Elizabeth Ann Seton here.
